Inn now shops and residential. C16, altered in C18 and much restored C20.
Timber framed and plastered with plain tiled roof with parapeted gable to
street with flat roofed extension to north. 2 storeys. Gable has window to
first floor: sash in recessed frame with glazing bars, blocked window to apex
and sash display window to ground floor; 2 similar windows to extension.
Boarded entrance door and blocked window to right of display window. South
elevation to Church access road has scattered fenestration: sashes in recessed
frames with glazing bars. The rear part of the building is jettied. The
north elevation has gabled wing and modern casement windows. 2 red brick
stacks.
