Small town house. Largely rebuilt except front to King Street;
the front probably c1840. Brown brick in Flemish bond.
3 storeys, one bay. Rendered plinth; door has 2 glazed panels
above 4 fielded panels; windows have painted sills and gauged
brick heads; nearly flush sashes, one of 16 panes to first
storey, a tripartite one of 4;12;4 panes to the second storey
and a 6-pane sash to the third storey.
The rear is gabled above a 2-storey extension with a lean-to
roof. Most features are renewed; nearly flush horned sashes,
one to the first storey and 2 to the second storey; above the
lean-to roof the third storey has a casement of three 2-pane
lights under a cambered head; flush verge.
