Small town house. Probably mid C18, restored 1970s. Brown
brick, Flemish bond to front, rendered to rear; grey slate
roof, hipped to front, has ridge at right angles to the
street.
3 storeys, one bay. Rendered plinth; 2 refaced steps to
replaced recessed door of 4 fielded panels with cast-iron
radial bar fanlight in round arch; recessed sash with slender
glazing bars, stone sill and gauged brick flat arch to first
storey; 2 nearly flush 12-pane sashes under cambered brick
heads to second storey; one nearly flush 9-pane sash with
cambered brick head to third storey; moulded cornice below
5-course parapet with coved stone cap.
The full-width rear gable has 6-panel door with replaced
1-pane overlight and a nearly flush 16-pane sash to the first
storey, 2 similar but narrower sashes to the second storey and
a 12-pane unequal sash to the third storey, all replaced and
horned, with painted stone sills and cambered heads; west
chimney.
