II
Granary. Late C18. Horizontal boarding on timber-framing of thin scantling, set upon limestone staddle stones. Plain tiled hipped roof with lead rolls. Plain doorway with boarded door to south elevation. A near complete example of the vernacular form of granary found in the region, with a timber-framed superstructure raised above the ground on stone piers with widened caps to deter vermin.
