An early 18th century Georgian semi-detached town house, circa 1722. Originally 8 windows plus front door, but fenestration changed in early 19th century to reduce window tax. Note the segmented parapet. The interior contains a fully-panelled front sitting room, with pitch-pine raised and fielded panels, and heavy integral pine coving. The back room has a large inglenook with oak bressumer, and other exposed oak beams. The first floor drawing room has original wainscotting to dado height, and a marble fireplace.
