Small town house, now shop and storage. Late C18, with C20
alterations. Flemish bond brown brick, part rendered; roof not
visible. 3 storeys of one bay. Shopfront probably c1900,
altered; central recessed entrance, panelled aprons to
windows, end pilasters with consoles. The first floor is
rendered below the sillband; 2 flush sashes with bars removed;
rusticated wedge lintels with keystones; 2 similar, but
shorter, sashes to second floor. Modillion cornice beneath
7-course parapet with moulded stone coping.
