House, now offices, with area railings. c1797, altered C19.
Possibly by John Cordingley. Red brick, slate roof,
wrought-iron railings. 3 storeys and basement, 3 first-floor
windows. Doorway left has fielded-panel door and fanlight in
surround with pilasters and pediment. Sashes in flush wood
frames with stone sills and wedge lintels.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Railings: bars have leaf finials. Part of a row of 6 houses
built by 1806, Nos 26 & 27 (qqv) by Cordingley.
