3 houses, now offices, with area railings. 1806-1815 (map
evidence), with later bay window. Probably by John Cordingley,
carpenter. Red brick, stone details, slate roof, wrought-iron
railings. 3 storeys, attic and basement; 8 first-floor
windows. Steps up to paired pilastered doorways to Nos 25 &
25A to right of centre with panelled doors and overlights;
No.24, far left, has a rectangular fanlight and cornice.
Plate-glass sashes throughout, restored bay window with
glazing bars to ground floor right. Band at first-floor level,
moulded stone cornice, gable copings, end stacks.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Railings: vase finials to standards and bars.
