GV II

Cottage. Early C19. Coursed rubble to front, larger squared
gritstone blocks to sides and rear, stone slate roof. 2
storeys with rear outshut, 3 bays. Central entrance in plain
surround, added porch; 4-pane sashes with stone sills and
lintels. Shallow roof pitch, rendered end stacks. Rear: the
outshut is additional but incorporates outbuildings right,
probably privy/pigsty.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
A remnant of the farm or cottage group on the N side of
Headingley and shown on the 1850 OS map.
