Stables and coach house to Chapel Allerton Hall, later
garages, now flats. Late C18, converted c1990. Red brick with
stone details, roof of large grey slates.
2 storeys, 11 windows arranged 3:1:5:1:1. Bays 4 and 10 break
forward and are pedimented, the pediments having segmental
recesses, with blocked carriage arches to ground floor (modern
windows), the right arch with keystone and impost blocks;
Venetian windows to 1st floor. Entrances bays 1, 9 and 11 have
key stones to flat brick arches, similar arches to original
windows which have C20 small-pane casements. Bays 6 and 8 have
former blind elliptical windows with keyblocks, now with
small-pane frames.
