Gate piers and boundary wall. 1903. By FW Bedford and SD
Kitson. For Major Bagnal, proprietor of Kirkstall Forge.
Ashlar and coursed squared gritstone. Inner and outer pairs of
piers at W end, the wall approx 80m long, reaching to former
Hawkhills Lodge. Piers: approx 2m high, square section,
plinth, 2 bands, cornice and rounded shallow pyramidal
capstone. Wall: slightly lower than piers, flat copings.
