Former school, now house. C17, partly rebuilt C20. Timber framed, the
south bay partly rebuilt in brick and roughcast; plain tile roof; brick
integral end stack and brick ridge stack. T-shape 3 framed bays and
central porch projecting from centre of east side. 2 storeys with jetty;
2:1:1 windows, C20 casements; central 2-storey gabled porch with barge
boards and finial and small rectangular panels; ovolo-moulded bresummer
beam to right of porch with parallel diagonal braces above forming chevron
patterns. Upper storey of south gable is tile hung. Interior:
chamfered and stopped ceiling beams to central and north bays, dragon beam
to north bay.
