Terrace of estate cottages. Datestone 1827. Walls flint, gault brick dressings,
black pantiles. Two storeys, 4 bays, Iean-to at E, later extension at W makes
'L' plan. Two-light wooden casements recessed under cambered brick arches, framed
by brick dress, which also mark party walls and end by corners. Brick dentil
cornice, hipped roofs, 2 off-centre gault stacks and one end stack at junction
of 'L' plan. No 13 c1840 extension, pebble flint, gault dressings, C19 iron
casement windows, glazing bars. Re-roofed, red pantiles. Originally 4 cottages
with side and rear entrances. Datestone with TWC for Thomas William Coke.
