II

Farmhouse. c1840. Walls gault brick; red pantile roof. 'U' plan, 2 storeys,
3 bays. Ground floor, 2 plate glass sashes under cambered rubbed brick arches.
First floor, 3 windows. Five-sided porch, simplified Doric piers and entablature.
Two sashes on angles with glazing bars, half glazed door. A tripartite door and
flanking margin lights within, fanlight over. Brick dentil cornice, shallow
hipped roof, 2 stacks on return ridges. Return facades of 2 storeys and 3 bays
in line with outhouses of courtyard.
