Includes No. 30 St. Stephen's Road. Pair of houses. Early C19. Yellow
brick facade; hipped slate roof; central brick ridge chimney and 2 end
stacks with other chimneys to rear. 2 storeys; 5 first-floor windows,
symmetrical. 2 doors with 6-raised and fielded panels and plain over-
lights in simple doorcases with pilasters alternate with 16-pane sash
windows under flat gauged brick arches in round-headed recesses. First-
floor windows have rendered lintels with scroll consoles. Box cornice.
Similar facade to St. Stephen's Road.
