Two pairs of cottages; nos. 4 and 5 now form one house. c.1880. Ashlar with
Welsh slate roofs. Tudor style. 1½ storeys, 4 bays to each pair, with
projecting 2-bay centres forming T-plan; and 1-storey 2-bay link.

Boarded and battened doors and 3-light mullioned windows with recessed hollow-
chamfered surrounds. String course above ground floor. The projecting bays
have plain reveals and hoodmoulds to windows, and no stringcourse.

Upper windows in half dormers. Gabled roofs with kneelers, flat coping. One
corniced ridge stack and one similar end stack to each pair of cottages, One
stack has been rebuilt in brick.

Built as Callaly estate houses.
