Farmhouse. c.1840. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof. T-plan. 2 storeys, 2 bays.
36-pane sash windows in chamfered surrounds with projecting sills. Stone
brackets below eaves. Gabled roof with kneelers, flat coping and obelisk end
finials. Central ridge stack with 4 clustered diagonal shafts.

6-panel door with 6-pane overlight in deep-set surround on right return.
Similar windows to rear.
