Cottage and mill building. C18. Random rubble with Welsh slate and stone
slate roofs. Old brick chimney. L-plan with cottage to right and outbuildings
to left and projecting to rear. Lobby-entry plan cottage.

Cottage 2 storeys, 2 broad bays with central boarded door. Yorkshire sash
windows, smaller on 1st floor. Steeply-pitched Welsh slate roof with reverse-
stepped gables and tall central ridge stack. Outshut to rear.

Attached buildings have boarded doors and half-slatted windows in slightly-
chamfered alternating-block surrounds. Gabled stone slate roof.
