House of late C17 or early C18, cottage later C18, some C19 alterations. House
rubble, cottage squared rubble, porch and some dressings tooled-and-margined
stone; Welsh slate roofs except for stone slates to rear slope of house, C20
brick stacks to cottage.

South elevation, 2 + 1 storeys. 2 + 3 + 1 bays. 3-bay house has gabled porch,
with 6-panel door in chamfered surround,between right bays. 16- and 12-pane
windows, those to left of porch with tooled-and-margined lintels, those to right
with timber lintels. Various blocked openings. Ridge and reduced right end stacks.
Taller cottage to left has renewed door, in moulded stone surround, on right and
4-pane sashes. Coped gables with moulded kneelers; end stacks. Single-storey
bay to right has 2 windows with stop-chamfered surrounds,slit vents and coped
end gable.

Empty and deteriorating at time of survey.
