Town house. Late C15, C18 rear bay and alterations. Front gable has timber
framing with tension braces jettied over C18 colourwashed brick ground floor;
timber framed right side wall; left wall of C18 chequer brick with C18 rear bay
of flint rubble with brick dressings. Gabled old tile roof; brick ridge and end
stacks. 2-unit plan. 2-storey gable facing street has horizontal sliding sash
above 8-pane sash with shutters; left side wall has segmental brick arches over
C20 door and casements. Interior: chamfered and stopped beams with heavy joists.
Chamfered arch braced tie beams to 3-bay collar-truss roof with curved
windbraces and chamfered and stopped purlins.
