House, now office and surgery. Late C16/early C17. Square timber framing jettied
over rendered ground floor to left (No.35): late C18 front of Flemish bond brick
to right. Gabled old tile roof; brick ridge stack. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys;
2-window range. Horizontal sliding sash above early C19 six-panelled stable door
and canted bay with sashes to left: segmental-arch over mid C19 sash above C20
door and window to right. Interior: No.37 to right has timber-framed partition
and lower face of collar-truss to left. No.35 has chamfered beam, bressumer over
open fireplace, large curved arch-braces on first floor and queen-post roof.
