Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Home Farm Cottage.
House. Late C16/early C17. Timber frame on limestone rubble plinth. Partly rendered, later limestone rubble walling and late C19 brick walling; first floor front clad in C20 matchboarding. Gabled concrete tile roof; stone ridge stack with moulded drip course and two rendered flues. Three-unit plan. Two storeys; five bays of framing. C20 door and casements; late C18 six-pane sash to left.

Interior: stop-chamfered beams throughout. Winder stairs in original position in front of stack, with stop-chamfered door frame to first floor room on left. First floor has C17 plank door with butterfly hinges and original plank and stud partition to right. Heavy jowled posts with mortices for braces; smoke-blackened collar-truss roof with butt purlins and arched windbraces.
