GV II

Farmhouse. Late C18. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled stone slate roof;
symmetrical brick end stacks. Central-staircase plan. storeys and attic;
symmetrical 3-window range. Timber lintels over 6-panelled (2 glazed) door and
6-pane sashes. Service ranges of similar materials and one storey and attic to
right. C20 entry in left side wall. Interior not inspected. Subsidiary features:
barn to rear of coursed limestone rubble with gabled old tile roof; of 3 bays
with timber lintel over C19 plank doors to threshing floor, and collar-truss
roof with butt purlins. Built for the Tuckey family probably c.1780.
