Small house and outbuilding. c.1700; outshut probably C19. Coursed squared
marlstone with wooden lintels; thatch and Welsh-slate roofs with brick gable
stacks. 2-unit plan with end outshut. 2 storeys. 2-window front has a plank door
to left of centre, 3-light casements to right, and to left a 2-light casement
above a small canted bay window. Slated outshut to right has a 4-pane sash
window. Small thatched outbuilding to left. Interiors not inspected.
