House, now bank. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Limestone ashlar; gabled stone
slate roof; C20 brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range.
Tuscan pilasters and dentilled entablature frame carriageway to right, 3 horned
6-pane sashes and C19 double-leaf doors with overlight all set in moulded stone
architraves. Keyed stone lintels over horned six-pane sashes; raised storey band
and fine wrought-iron sign bracket. Interior: remodelled in C20.
