Early C19. A modest cottage with Gothick treatment. Red brick; 2 storeys;
pointed arched windows with keyblocks, fitted with modern frames; later
half-glazed door having rustic weather-hood on ornamental brackets; hipped
tile roof with ball finial and wind vane; tall brick stack. Built by
John Wilkinson, with roof structure of cast iron, for use as an office.
