Shown on O.S. map as New Inn.
Inn. C18, largely rebuilt in mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble and
hipped slate roof with catslide over wing to west. Three storeys. Paired
brick stacks off-ridge to left and right. Three bays; 2- and 3-light wooden
segmental headed casements, those on ground floor with thin transom.
Two flights of steps to central 6-panelled door with segmental headed
4-part overlight. Flanking one-storey lean-tos, that to left with 3-light
casement and that to right with boarded door. West front: projecting
2-storey wing under catslide; three bays, glazing bar sashes; three steps up
to C20 glazed door in left-hand return front.
