GV II

House, latterly 2, now one. Circa 1600 with C19 partial refacing, and
C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Timber framed with rendered
infil panels rendered to south, slate hung gable-end to west, and coursed
limestone rubble lean-to at rear; C20 green concrete interlocking tile
roof. Probably 3 framed bays. Framing: square panels with straight
braces. 1½ and 2 storeys. Two C19 gabled eaves dormers to south with
cross windows and planted timbers in gables, C20 raking eaves-dormer to
north, and painted brick ridge stack off-centre to east. South front:
first floor C20 three-light casement to left with louvred shutters; central
ground floor C20 bow window and C20 casement to right with louvred
shutters; C20 glazed door with C19 bracketed gabled porch. North
front: central C19 lean-to, C2O lean-to conservatory to left, and C20
double garage doors to right.
