Cottage. Early C17 with later alterations. Timber-framed with painted
brick infill on rendered rubblestone plinth, machine tiler roof. One
storey and attic; three framed bays; framing: large square panels, two
from cill to wall-plate, jowled wall posts; late C19 casements to
left and right of ledged door to right of centre, latter window in
place of blocked doorway with ogee head; C20 glazed door to left
and two gabled eaves dormers, one timber framed and other C20 in imitation;
axial brown brick stack behind ridge to right and red brick
end stack to left. INTERIOR: not inspected but noted as having
timber frame substantially intact.
