House. C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber-framed with
plaster and painted brick infill, plain tile roof. 2-bay hall with
cross-wing projecting to left. One storey and attic; framing:
irregular square panels, three from cill to wall-plate with short straight
tension braces; gable of cross-wing has herringbone decoration;
irregular fenestration, one late C20 casement to first floor of cross-
wing and two to ground floor separated by brick pillar; hall range has
a full gabled dormer with a 4-light late C19 casement, 3-light
casement below to ground floor; entrance through boarded door in right
return of lower early C19 gabled brick addition to front; integral
stack to left side of cross-wing and external end stack to right of
hall range. Interior: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
