5/63 Barn opposite Rockery
Cottage.

II

Formerly cottage now barn: dated 1708 but origins C17 with some C19
additions and alterations. Timber framed with brick nogging on stone
plinth. Welsh slate roof. North front has timber framing of 2
periods, one 2 panels deep, the other 3 panels. Door to left and at
right end with JULY 22 RS 1708 carved on the lintel. West gable has
an upper cruck truss, and left end now in brick.
