asbestos roof.
Double depth plan with heated rooms on either side of a central passage. The
partition wall between the 2 right-hand rooms has been removed. Circa early C20
single-storey brick lean-to at rear for additional service rooms.
2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 3-bay front with C20 central gabled porch carried

Fenestration of 16-pane hornless sashes to left and right, 12-pane sash above porch.
