Farmhouse. C17, with mid/late C19 alterations. Sandstone rubble; front has
scored render. Tile roof; C19 brick left end and C20 right end stacks. L-plan
with wine on left. 2 storeys; 4-window range. 3-window main range has
half-glazed 4-panelled door between first and second bays. Ground floor has
4-pane sashes to third and fourth bays. Right return side of wing and main range
have 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. Right return side has 2
large buttresses. Interior: heavy ceiling beams. Room to left has stepped
stop-chamfered beam. 2 large open fireplaces back-to-back. Exposed post. Some
old plank doors. Winder stairs.
