Circa C17 timber-framed cottage with gable end to road. Red brick infill
panels. Sandstone plinth. Steeply pitched shingle roof with gabled ends. One
storey and attic, one window range. C18/C19 three-light casements with glazing
bars. Earlier timber-framed wing at rear with lower roof. The entrance is
through an end wall and the timber-framing of the side wall is extended to give
a small porch. Brick chimney stack at junction.
