One building. Probably C16 origin. Timber-framed structure jettied at
first floor. Three identical flush gables with C19 barge boards. Upper
floors formerly covered with C18 roughcast in very poor repair. C19 casements.
Lowest storey now rebuilt in brick with part stucco plinth, but there are
fragments of close set studding exposed on left hand bay which also has
two heavy curved brackets supporting jettied first floor. C18 and C19
chimney stack. Old tile roof.

All the listed buildings in High Street (South Side) form a group.
