Good 2 storey front of C16 heavy timber framing with diagonal bracing.
projecting jettied gabled wings to each side with C19 barge boards. Smaller
central flush gable appears to contain a fair amount of facsimile framing.
Lower part of central bay and the whole of the right hand gabled bay is
of close set studding. Left hand jettied gable is of square framing. C19
chimney stacks. Old tiles.
Wall on south flank (to Leycester Place) has been rebuilt in simple C19
brickwork; C18 brick wing with stone plinth to the rear. Interior: C18
staircase.

All the listed buildings in High Street (South Side) form a group.
