Milestone. Probably early C19. Segmental-headed limestone pillar
with shaped cast-iron plate to front, raised lettering reads TO /
WESTBURY / 2 MILES / BATH / 14 MILES. Road through Dilton Marsh
between Westbury and the Bath Road (A36) turnpiked after 1800.
