Cottage in row. Late C18. English bond brick half-hipped tiled roof. Two storey, one window. Segmental-headed six-panelled door with nine-pane segmental headed fixed window to right. First floor has three-brick plat band and pair of 12-pane sashes. Rear and
interior not accessible at time of survey (June 1986). Possibly former service wing to adjoining No 22 (q.v.).
