Detached cottage. Dated 1723 on front. Flemish bond brick with
stone dressings and quoins, concrete tiled roof with gable end
brick stacks and coped verges. L-plan. Two-storey, 3-window.
Central 4-panelled door in moulded stone architrave with C20 flat
wooden hood, 3-light cyma-mullioned casement either side. Moulded
stone string course over lintels; first floor has two 3-light
mullioned casements and datestone. Left return has good brickwork
with vitrified headers. Rear wing has C20 porch and two 2-light
mullioned casements. Right return has 2-light casements and
blocked attic windows.
