Early-mid C19. (circa 1840). 3 storey Bath ashlar street front slightly curved
with No 37. Corner piers, moulded cornice, parapet and cope, low pitched slate
roof. 3 glazing bar sash windows single hung on 2nd floor where the windows have
been slightly altered and with triangular headed surrounds to 1st floor. Modern
shop front. No 38 is a small triangular 2 storey extension to west having a glazing
bar sash window to 1st floor and a mid C19 shop front with dentil cornice to ground
floor.
Nos 37 to 44 (consec), No 38A and Nos 46 to 48 (consec) form a group with No 13
Church Walk. No 43 is of local interest.
