Farmhouse Circa. mid to late C18. Brick with ashlar quoins.
Welsh slate roof with coped verges and saddlestones, brick stacks
to rear. T-plan. 2-storey, 3-window symmetrical front. Central
door has flat stone hood on brackets, one 12-pane sash either side.
Three 12-pane sashes to first floor, all in plain stone cases.
Left return has one 12-pane sash to ground and first floors and one
2-light beaded mullion window to attic. Right return is same.
Wing to rear is 2 storey with 2-windows, and has stone slate roof,
windows are 2-light beaded mullions. Lean-to extension on gable of
wing, 2-light beaded mullioned window in attic gable.
Interior not inspected but said to be altered.
