Garden seat and balustraded enclosure, c1905 by H.A. Peto, Bath
stone. Stone semi-circular bench with scrolled armrest each end
carved as griffon's foot and wooden seating. Roman-style, said to
be derived from paintings of Sir L. Alma-Tadema. In front a
rectangular lawn enclosed by balustrade ramped up to piers facing
Long Walk and with iron gates at west end.
