Pair of houses, earlier C18 and 1745, rubble stone with stone
tiled roofs, coped gables, end wall and ridge stacks. Two storeys
and attic. No 35 has C19 dormer with bargeboards, 2 first floor
recessed cyma-moulded mullion windows with dripstones, one 3-light,
one 2-light, and ground floor C20 window and 2-light, both with
dripstones. Central door in flush chamfered surround. C20 porch.
No 37 has datestone L.H. 1745, flush quoins at first floor of party
wall and at north-west angle, two 2-light flush cyma-moulded
mullion windows to each floor with unmoulded dripstones and
central door in enclosed ashlar porch. Porch has pediment on
brackets. Houses face Middlewick Lane.
