House and shop. Early C19. White brick; slate roof with a
plain wood eaves soffit.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar. 3 window range, with the
centre window openings blocked: 12-pane sashes to the ground
and 1st storeys, 9-pane to the 2nd storey, all in plain
reveals. The ground storey has a small early C19 shop front
with the door and window framed by slender half columns and a
cornice. A C20 door has a rectangular fanlight with radiating
glazing bars.
INTERIOR: contains no earlier features. Original reeded
surround to one ground storey fireplace.
