House, early-to-mid C19th. Squared sandstone with slate roof. A symmetrical
composition of 2 storeys with attic and 3 bays, having plinth, string course
and cornice. Windows sashed with glazing bars and plain reveals. Attic lit
by 2 timber dormers. Door flanked by attached Tuscan columns with fluted
necking, supporting moulded pediment. Gables have copings and chimneys.
Interior has stair with stick balusters and swept mahogany handrail. Other
rooms not inspected.
