Prestons Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. C16 hall house, remodelled in C18 and C19. Brick and rubble stone
plinth. Painted brick with small amount of framing visible, including one wall-post.
Further framing visible, with curved braces, on left return front and to rear. Hipped
plain tiled roof, with valley and ridge stack on rear ridge. One-gabled semi-dormer.
Two storeys; 4 windows, C19 and C20 wooden and metal casements, irregularly arranged.
Entrance with boarded door, to rear.
