Farmhouse, probably later C17, now house. Watershot coursed sandstone with quoins, stone slate roof with two brick chimneys at left gable, stone chimney at right gable. Single bay plan, outshut making it double-pile.

Two storeys and attic. Doorway on left, six-light stone mullion window with hoodmould at ground floor, similar but double-chamfered windows of two and four lights at first floor, all with hoodmoulds. Right return wall has similar windows in outshut; three lights at ground floor (lacking mullions, one light blocked) two lights above; left return wall has one two-light double-chamfered mullion window on each floor, and an altered ground floor window, all with hoodmoulds, and three small blocked openings. Rear: lean-to sunk dairy with a two-light double-chamfered stone mullion window.

Interior: large cambered inglenook bressummer bearing two beams with cyma-stopped chamfer; ceiling joists similarly decorated; timber heck post; stone stairs.
