House. C17. Squared sandstone rubble with stone slate roof. End baffle-entry
plan with cross-wing at right. 2 storeys. Windows are mullioned with hoods. On
the ground floor is a chamfered window of 5 lights. Above it is a recessed and
chamfered window of 4 lights. The cross-wing is of one bay and has recessed and
chamfered windows, of 4 lights on the ground floor and 3 above. Below the apex
is a blind chamfered 1-light window with segmental head. The doorway, at the left, is moulded with a segmental head. Above it is a chamfered recess. Second doorway in left-hand return wall of cross-wing has plain reveals. Chimney, with brick cap, to left of main range. Set back slightly to the left is an addition under a continuous roof, now blind at the front but with a blocked window and doorway. It has a chimney on its left-hand gable.
