Former pier capital or font of possibly C12/C13. Stone. Weathered square
shape like capital, carved with leaves at corners and with soil-filled
basin in centre. Stands on grass SW of S aisle of church. Brought from
Grange Farm, Whissendine c1940 and thought to have been used as the church
font before the present font of Perp period was installed.
