Farmhouse and 2 cottages. C17. Coursed rubble with plinth and quoins. Stone
slate roof, moulded coping and kneelers. 'T' shaped plan. Left-hand is slightly
in advance of main building with one 4-light and 2-light window on ground floor.
Above are two 2-light windows divided by brick mullion. One small window and a
2-light window at floor level. Unusual C17 doorway in return with 4-centred
chamfered arch, wall reduced in thickness and wall of main building is splayed to
allow for width of door (now a window, 1983). To right is 7-light window with
king mullion and 5-light window with recent porch between (1983). Above are four
3-light windows. Left gable has projecting chimney-breast with setbacks.
